Refund Policy

At Hartsfrakture Ministries, we value your commitment to healing and restoration. Our sessions are prepared with care, prayer, and time set aside specifically for you. Because of this, the following refund policy applies:

1. Cancellations

• Full refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may request a full refund of any payment made.

• No refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, the session fee is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Instead of a refund, you may request to reschedule your session once at no additional cost if notice is given 24 hours in advance.
   

2. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

• If you do not attend your booked session (in-person or online) without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
   

3. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

​

• If technical issues (such as internet failure or platform errors) prevent the session from taking place, we will gladly reschedule at no extra charge.

• If the issue is on our side, you may request a refund or reschedule.
   

4. Refund Processing

​

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via EFT.

• You will need to provide your banking details for the refund.
   

5. Non-Refundable Services

​

• Completed sessions are non-refundable, as time and ministry cannot be reversed.

• Any voluntary donations made to Hartsfrakture Ministries are also non-refundable.
